The transport was extraordinary. The car was delivered at a local car show to add some excitement to a small local event. A Barret Jackson car had to be off loaded in order to unload my car, so briefly a Barret Jackson car was "displayed". Locals got to peer into the truck to look at some Barret cars.
The battery on my car was dead, so Paul jumped it off for me. Then my car ran out of gas, and Paul produced two gallons of fresh gas. Then the car had to be jumped off, again. All of this added drama, and Paul went out of his way to help me.
Paul contqcted me three times during the transport to let me know to inform me of his progress.
I bought this car over the internet. Paul offered to go by and look at the car before the final money transfer, just to make sure, I wasn't being scammed.
Paul called me, when he loaded the vehicle to assure me that my purchase was legitimate. Paul checked out the shop to assure its legitmacy.
Paul also advised me that the car I had purchased had been sitting, and advised that I check it over well for seals etc... before placing it on the road. The previous owner hadn't volunteered the amount of time that the car had been in storage. Paul also noted a suspension adjustment that would be needed for safe driving.
The car was delivered on Sunday, so Paul and I went out to eat. We discussed cars whcih were "hot", and "moving". Cars that are currently off-peak value, and worthy of investment. Paul is also a car collector. These guys went out of their way to make sure a safe transaction.
Not everybody may get the same treatnment, but Alpine really provided me with service above exceptional ability.
