Hollis, Thanks for taking the time out to leave a great review! I know you have a lot going on moving your family half way across the country into a new house. As you stated this review was very important to you because you wanted other people to not make the unfortunate mistake of believing in the too good to be true lowball pricing and promises. Companies like State 2 State do the same thing thousands of times a day that happen to you. Their approach is to give an unrealistic price to get you on the, hook, than when they knowingly can't do it for that price they call you back for the, upsell. I explained to you upfront that's what was going on and what it would take to realisticly move your Lexus and Mitsubishi, I always do and that's how you become successful in this business or any other. So when you called me Easter weekend the day before your flight I was able to honor the price I gave you over a month before, because I was honest. Even though I was out of town myself for Easter, I simply made some phone calls and put your 2 vehicles on the next truck leaving. Thanks again for telling your story.
