Great experience with car transport

Had a great experience. Dave was extremely helpful!! This was the first time I had a car transported. In reading other reviews, it looked like it could be a either a wonderful or terrible experience. I found Alpine by using this site. Using Alpine Transport was a wonderful experience. We had some flexibility in the dates, but a very complicated pick up. Dave and Ted coordinated the whole thing to make it as painless as possible. The company and the driver communicated with me during transport so that I knew when to expect the delivery. The car was dirty when it arrived because of the winter road conditions. Nothing the car wash didn't take care of.
I got quotes from 4 other companies. Alpines was not the lowest, but slightly below the average price quoted. They were the most understanding of the issues that I needed to work around. Having a car moved seems like a process that requires some time flexibility.
Would definitely consider using the company again if we ever need another car transported!

Catherine, Thanks for taking the time out to leave such a nice review and understanding that this will help future customers doing their research as you did. As you stated this was kind of a complicated pickup. We had to find the perfect time window for both your brother who works in New York and for my man Ted to pickup in Conneticut. I really like using Ted for this particular route because he always does what it takes to make it happen. We're both huge on communication with the customers.
