I made the mistake of booking my car transport through uship. Paid the deposit, and the shipper was supposed to pick up my car in 5 days then deliver it 5 days later. Well a few days later he contacted asking for more money and saying he needed more time... Typical uship, I found out.

So I cancelled uship and started searching for shipping companies/brokers online directly, and now I was already 6-7 days behind due to the uship mishap. Called several companies that didn't inspire me any confidence, until I talked with Dave Fountain from Alpine.

I talked with him on a Friday and he got my car picked up on the next day! And delivered to my door just a few days later. He kept contact with me though the whole process and shipping was as smooth as I could ever dream of. Very impressive.

I've had some cars and several motorcycles shipped over the years, but never came across customer service like Dave's. Pretty amazing.
