Horrible LIARS

I want to first start out by saying that I went with AllState, because Serigo and Roger seemed so knowledgeable and wanted to help me out ASAP... They also offered Military Discounts...

HOWEVER...

I started this process Dec 23, 2010...I scheduled for January 14 for them to come and get my car... AllState called and confirmed with me that they would be there January 15 instead. WHATEVER OUT OF MY HANDS SO I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO AGREE... **let me remind you I am already in CA at this point, so I had to coordinate with my mothers busy schedule (she works 3 jobs) and my Best Friends schedule**... My mother waited all day until 4pm, before she had to work for them to pick the car up... they NEVER CAME... So my best friend goes to my mothers house to wait ALL FREAKING NIGHT, for them NOT to pick the car up. Well, since it was the weekend AllState Auto Carriers were NOT open, leaving me to wait and call them on Monday Jan 17... I talked to Sergio and he found out the Carriers truck had to be serviced and it would be another week before he could pick my car up...F THAT... So he "found me a better carrier" (SIKE)... So I got a call saying my car would be picked up Jan 19 by 4pm... Well in a way YES it was picked up but, that was after my mother and best friend had to drive 7 miles to meet him in a Lowes parking lot... Reason being... TOO MANY TREES in our neighborhood... **HUH there is NO TREES on my street)... So the car was dropped off, after this was supposed to be door to door service...it is now Jan 25 and I still have NO car... YES, I UNDERSTAND IT TAKES MAYBE 7 DAYS TO GET FROM COAST TO COAST... I received a call from the carrier on Saturday Jan 22 saying it would be at my door NO LATER than Noon on Jan 25... its 3pm by the way... I have been in contact with the carrier who has told me it is in CA but they need to transfer it to a smaller truck before I can get my car (FINE)...It has been in CA since Sunday night but for some reason everyday I talk to them it gets pushed back another day another hour another freaking week... ITS GETTING OLD... LONG STORY... I could go on about this but I will save this for a legal matter... I come from a family of lawyers and a family with money... I will take this further...legal action... I see Roger and Sergio like to get this reviews deleted... Im sure mine will be... BUT IM SURE YOU WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS... I will be glad to pay another transport company 2000 bucks to transfer my car... Im sure those companies arent LIARS..... If you are thinking of going with this company THINK AGAIN...


** Also, my husband is on Active Duty in the Marine Corp, who would like to "check in" his command early to save leave... He is unable to do so... SINCE ALLSTATE likes to be a bunch of BOJANGLERS...

UPDATE: as I was typing this...the company called and they claim it will be here between 5 and 7 tonight... I will believe it once I have my car...

Allstate Auto Carriers dispatched this vehicle three different times. The drivers could not access Rebecca's vehicle until a very patient and resourceful driver delivered.We find it unethical and in bad taste to use the language expressed by MRS. ZIRKLE. As hard as we tried to satisfy her she was not..... We invite anyone interested in transporting with Allstate contact us @ 888-288-6994 or 786-359-4700 and we will provide legitimate reference's.
