I contrcted with this company earlier this year to move my car in June. it did not happen. after several phone calls Sergio finally called back. he reasured me that the car would get shipped in July. it did not happen. I called this company 3-6 times a day for over 2 weeks before i finally got ahold of someone. each time i called i left my name and phone number and no one returned my calls. This time i spoke with Mike, dispatch, and he told me that Sergio was going to reund my money because they could not find someone to move my car. That was over a month ago. I have continued to call at least 3 times a day, leaving my info, and no one has returned my calls. At this point I have been trying to get my refund for over a month now. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Sergio constantly reassured me that my car would get shipped, and Mike told me that i would get my refund. This has been ongoing since April of this year. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
