Broker without Commitment

Be aware, DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, afterwards you will get all kind of excuses. First you hear they are the BEST shippers, after the credit card and the form is filled in you hear and get over an email. “regardless of pickup we have completed what we charge the deposit for when we dispatch the driver" (TEXTUALLY).
WE UNDERSTAND what broker does, they are connectors between provider of service (CARRIER) and Client (We that need the service) BUT beyond what the contract says it should be a essence to the service instead of discard responsibility.
This is exactly what happens here, they do not care for the Driver or carriers they hook you up with. You asked them to call in advance, they do not. You give them 48 Hours range then they said they went to knock the door and nobody answers. Obviously if you call them 4 times to tell them there is not going to be NOBODY at home. HERE COME THE WORSE, you have it on email, you have it on your cell phone numbers that you call to follow up and STILL the BROKER (ALLIANCE in this CASE) it is backing up the driver that said he show up without calling as promised AND after the time frame (60 HOUR WNDOW) that you told them there was not going to be anybody at HOME. SO the QUESTION IS WHY the broker = ALLIANCE is backing the DRIVER or CARRIER??? Because they have your money, YOUR CREDIT CARD and STEVE LEVY does not want to lose the SALE and rather wants to have you wait for NEXT TRUCK with the SAME CARRIER that argues there was a lot of traffic. ( I understand there is a bit of traffic, but WHY it did not call. WHY Steve says now WE ARE BROKERS TO SERVICE CONNECTION BETWEEN DRIVER and CLIENT that is it. Well because NOTE: THERE IS NO ADDRESS OR AREA CODE NUMBER OR ANYTHING FOR THE ALLIANCEAUTOTRANSFER. SO you are going to have a hard time to get your money for a service you never received. (THE VEHICLE PICK UP, this is because after you provide the credit card they are not longer what they state to be on the web site= "We pride ourselves in fast pick-ups and delivery services to and from most places......." They are JUST A BROKERS that get paid for CONNECTING ANY drivers with whoever need the service....... so it is up to you. IF YOU NEED THE CHAIN OF EMAILS just CALL ME or Email ME. I will also PUBLISH A LINK the Email CONTENT and will send you the LINK......GOOD LUCK WITH ALLIANCE you are on your OWN.
This is not a matter of MONEY anymore, IT is a matter of the time and being transparent in a world where consumers can tell business what we want and how we want it because WE all are CONSUMERS but NOT EVERYONE is a business provider with HUMAN QUALITY where value is taking care of YOUR CUSTOMER not just to make a SALE. YOU are a GO GETTER not a GO GIVER ( You should read it STEVE = GO GIVER)

Our contract clearly states a FULL REFUND for any reason up until a driver is dispatched to the order and accepted by the customer. This customer's driver showed up at the origin address- only to have no one there to release the vehicle. Furthermore, the driver offered to return a few days later to pickup the vehicle again- which the customer accepted- only to cancel on the driver again the following day. Our services were rendered and the driver's time was wasted twice.
