Picked up the compact car which was filled with personal property as we were told was allowed. After already having picked up the car the transport company subcontracted, MCI transport demand an additional fee of $250 on a $750 transport through a text message. The result was a sub contacted company holding the car ransom for an extra $100 and Allegiant Auto Logistics doing nothing to perform on their contract. There was no agreement to an extra fee before the car was picked up but it was instead demanded by the final driver or they wouldn't have delivered the car. This final person being a sub contractor of a sub contractor of a sub contractor of Allegiant Auto logistics. The two drivers combined flaked on 5 time windows they gave for drop off that were hours long and were over the course of a week. Allegiant Auto Logistics has a terrible chain of communication and they do not stand behind their contracts and act as if you are the one who has agreements and contracts with the sub contractors of the sub contractors they hired.

Scott, Scott, Scott. This is an absurd and preposterous review. A) we spent hours on the phone with you to handle this situation. B) Your wife AGREED with a driver (NOT ALLEGIANT BUT ANOTHER COMPANY) To increase the rate. C) Allegiant gave you clear, explicit warning about the weight regulations every drivers must abide by on our highways. You were in full agreement of this understanding. Unfortunately your vehicle was completely packed to the top with personal belongings, which makes your vehicle heavier, thus forcing a carrier to turn down other paying customers in order to stay under the weight restrictions. Please, be honest with your reviews. Tell our customers the full story.
