Poor Customer service and delayed for 2 weeks

I got this All USA transport information through web and called. it was the first day and my deposit is collected as soon as i called and the agreement is sent out to me by my email as soon as I said I am shipping with them which was good. I thought the whole shipping process will be faster. But you know what it very wrong judgement. After collecting my deposit and got my agreement signed they didnt even call me and I tried to reach them all day and not able to reach them. Finally I got someone in the customer service after 1 week and asked about it. he was so rude with me. Again I called him after 12 days and asked for cancellation because i couldn't wait anymore. And i was telling him that they are dealyed . Even though its their part mistake they will be telling you that the agreement is signed and you lose your deposit. (Which I did) . And he is so rude that he says that he doesn't want to continue the conversation and he just asked if u want to cancel it I will cancel it but no refund. I was so mad and said Yes and he hung up on me . I wouldnt recommend to go with this one if anyone want their car on time.
