Poor Customer Service and Delivery

Please use another transport company!!! The first thing I noticed is that they had given me a transport date that was not really the date of transport, but, a date, after which, the driver has up to seven days to pick your vehicle up.

Next, poor customer service. I tried to contact them many timesabout delivery times, and I was passed to someone else, or it went to voicemail. You have to sit around and wait for them to pick your car up and when they do pick it up, they may give you only a two hour notice. You never know exactly when they are going to pick it up, until they call 1-2 hours before the truck arrives.

Finally, when my car arrived at night in a low lit area the driver really didn't say much. He asked me who I was and did I have anyone in the car with me. When I signed the paper, I was using the headlights from my rental. As I signed theinvoice for delivery, it indicates that I recieved the car in good condition. Unknowingly, my car had two dents on the roof where the lift came crashing down on top of my car. I really could not see the dents well because the headlights were in back of the car. I called the transport company (AutoCar Inc.) and ALL USA. No response. So, I beg you, not to use this car moving service. The service and quality of service is very very poor. I am not bitter, I'm just giving facts. The driver's name is Bill A.
