Luis, of Coval Transport, was the driver who picked-up my car from me in San Diego and delivered it to me in Dallas. He was VERY kind, helpful, and had a wonderful outgoing personality from the beginning to the end when he delivered the car to me in Dallas. His Spanish accent was pretty thick, but he always made an honest effort to say things clearly and correctly. He was patient with me when, originally, the car was not running, then it was running, then not running, then running before we met to turnover the car to him in San Diego. He told me in San Diego when he would deliver my car and why it wouldn't be sooner (not that I had a problem with it because I knew the delivery day from the beginning). He did exactly what he said he'd do. He was very conscientious about ensuring my car was secure on his transport and was the same when removing my car from his transport in Dallas. I am VERY happy!
