I had to move a family car from Florida to Massachusetts and submitted an on-line request that was sent to several different brokers. Upon receiving the various quotes which ran both lower and higher than I paid to All State, I began to read the reviews posted on this web site...and became thoroughly confused. I also received calls from some of the vendors including one from Justin Solomon at All State. Justin explained how the process worked and why "low" prices don't always produce the expected result. I finally decided to ship with All State and the experience was extremely positive! The car was picked up a day early (Thursday afternoon), after Alexey, the driver from PA United, called to see if that was convenient for us. Alexey was an extremely conscientious and careful car hauler who delivered the car on time (Monday afternoon), free of damage, and without any problem. Don't beat yourself up reading all these reviews...call All State. I am very happy that I did.
