Where to begin? Once they got the deposit they were hard to get a hold of. The truck almost didn't get dispatched because the guy handling our order went on vaction and didn't submit it. They DID NOT give any notice before showing up for pickup. They just called and said the truck was there. Also, on the sheduled day of delivery when it bacame apparent that they weren't showing up we finally got a hold of them and they said, "oh, it looks like he won't be there until tomorrow." No concern AT ALL for the inconvenience they put us through. About the only thing they could have done more poorly would have been to lose our car. Truly an inept company.
