Signed up for prioirty shipping of my vehicle, which meant it would be picked up in about 9 days. After day 11, It had not been picked up but was informed I was high on the list and should happen soon. So, what the heck, a few more days is not a big deal. So, I gave it the weekend and the following week, no pickup, but was on top of the list still and we are calling drivers now. The classic line was when I was told the other line was ringing and could be a driver and they would call me back in two minutes. Yes, I fell for that one. No call back. A couple of more days passed and no driver. Then the proverbial 'lets wait until the weekend is over', so if your counting, that is day 19. So, on Monday, I gave them to the end of business (4PM) to find a driver. Which they failed to do. So, I asked them to cancel the order, take my posting down and a refund. Which was denied, because I was out of the 15 days or so. I contacted another carrier, which informed me that All Day Auto has had several grievances filed against them, even in the their short business history. I was also informed that they had not removed my posting, meaning I had to call yet again. The Next day, I get a call informing me they had found a driver!! Which I refused because I think it was just a scam because they did not have a posting for me. Sketchy. 3 days later, my new company confirmed a pickup and I was happy. Of course, all day has no intention of refunding money for a service they did not provide. They did offer a future discount for a service they failed to provide in the past. How generous. I filed a complaint with the BBB and disputed the charge with my CC company. I dont care about the money. It isnt that much to me. But these people need it so bad, they are selling their character for a few bucks. Sad.
