All Day Auto transport saved me when my first auto carrier that I had a contract with for 2 months fell through at the very last minute. I remembered that All Day Auto had given me a quote when I did my original search, and called them in a panic. I had originally chosen the first carrier because I had gotten a cheaper quote, but after trying to get them to confirm a driver for 10 days before the move and getting nowhere, I called All Day Auto and explained that I needed to get my cars moved immediately. They informed me that the first carrier had low-balled the original transport estimate (2 cars moving from Ithaca, NY to Colorado Springs, CO), and that no driver would pick up the order for such a low price. My original estimate from the first company to move a sport-sized SUV and a Honda Civic was $1400, and I could NOT get a confirmation for a driver or a pick-up date from them. When All Day Auto put our request up on national board for a driver to pick up with a price of $1800 total (for 2 cars), the order was picked up by a driver within 3 hours.

I was making all of these arrangements after 3pm on a Friday, when I was set to travel to the airport the following Saturday morning at 6am. All Day Auto arranged with me to have a driver pick up the cars at my place of business over the weekend (I left the keys with a kind co-worker who agreed to do the hand-off to the driver), and both cars were picked up that weekend, and delivered safe and sound to Colorado Springs by the following Wednesday morning! I wish that I had understood better what was involved so that I didn't make the mistake of hiring the first company (i.e., the lowest price, in this industry, is really really not always the best price), but my experience with Justin and All Day Auto was pitch perfect and took the anxiety out of a nebulous and complex process. I remembered thinking as we parked our cars in my workplace parking lot, "I sure hope we see you again," and then the cars arrived exactly as we left them more than halfway across the country in 3 days! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do an auto move.
