When we first contacted the company we were very impressed by the timely response by Kim (in the FL office). After some on-line review and it was decided to use your company Kim patiently answered all questions posed to her and explained all aspects of the transport arrangement, including price (including applicable discounts), time of transport for the vehicle, insurance coverage (up to $100,000 limit) and pick up and delivery details, which included door to door pick up and delivery.
Driver was in contact with us up to and including pick up and again when deliverly was being made about a week later.
We would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone needing transport services. We believe we received excellent customer service from All Day Transport.
