100% would recommend to anyone looking to ship their vehicle. I originally went with a big box transportation company, and that was a big mistake. They gave me no indication of when my car would be picked up, even the day before my scheduled pickup. I am not exaggerating, Denise saved me. Not only was she able to give me an exact date of pickup with a two day window for drop off, she did it for me on Friday at 5 PM, and had my car picked up the following Monday. In addition, with my old company, even though I booked months in advance, they could not confirm my pickup date and no one would answer the phone when I called, only online chat bots. All Coast and Denise picked up every time, and texted as well. Truly amazing. My word of advice, even though other big box companies may look professional from their website and slick salespeople, they don't care about you and once they make the sale they could care less about you. But All Coast, and especially Denise, had my back. Thank you!
