Services Not Rendered and Constantly Run Around of Excuses

I submitted a letter of complaint to the company for not render services on or around the date of avail. pickup.

Here is my letter sent to the company:

To Whom IT May Concern,
Kindly treat this as a formal letter of complaint about the poor services that is being rendered by All Coast Auto Transport for Services on Invoice #33973-GF.
We are disappointed because the service has not been performed as it should perform with a driver being located and dispatched to ship our vehicle. On 10/17/11, we requested your services to locate a driver and dispatch a driver to ship out vehicle with general pick up date of 10/28/11.The service that required a payment of $200 to render this service. As of this date 11/21/11 there has not been any service completed by your company. We have called multiples times every week inquiring why you are not able to provide the service that we paid for. To not available resolution, I even offered more for the shipping company to pick up the car and still no services rendered by your company.
In addition to the lack of services, your company can’t even call and provide any customer services to let me know anything and shows poor customer service as well.
We would appreciate if you take some necessary action regarding the whole matter, if you are not able to render services within the 3 weeks you have already had from the date of the request, refund our service fee of $200. We understand there are things that happen during the business process but this is just bad business and makes your company come across as a scam. Enclosed are the copies of the receipt.
