Miserable Experience!!

I was contaced by Michael Mason from All AutO Trust Trnsport after I placed a bid online for shipping my Camry from Hawaii to Maryland (military). Everything seemed to be going fine and contact was good for the first 10 days, and I gave them a $500.00 deposit (I know now that was a mistake) and awaited my booking number for Matson so that I cold drop it off at the Port of Honolulu. About 10 days before my departure I started calling and e-mailing, but had no luck contacting ANYONE from this company. His phone would go straight to voicemail and the toll free number would ring and ring with no option for voicemail.

I finally gave up and contacted Able Auto Transport, who provided GREAT customer service and got my car to Maryland in about 3 weeks.

I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge from All Auto Trust and got it reversed, so that really helped the overall situaton. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY, and they also have an "F" rating on the BBB site.
