Everything went as expected (hoped), no problems, no surprises. I plan to use them soon to ship another car. Every time I called, I was able to talk to Mike with little delay, and he kept me updated on the status. He used Tool City Tractor as the carrier, who called well enough ahead of time before pick up and delivery, and arrived at both when they said they would.
