I was promised pick up in 2 days without extra charge, and the driver called next day at noon for pick up. The total cost was charged on credit card when the car was picked up, this was a convenience since no money was due to driver at delivery. Great service, answered phone calls without putting on hold, and Mike was very professional and friendly. The car was delivered in 6 days, very speedy service for coast to coast DC to CA transport. Would definately use again.
