On the one hand your car will arrive, on the other don't expect customer service.

It started out good I choose a company that had a good reputation and a cheaper price. I then found out later that the "cheaper price" they quoted me on the phone was a cash only price. This was not disclosed to me on the phone; however it is a sales gimmick to make them sound like they are cheaper. I had another problem that caused my vehicle one weeks delay. When I called to complain about the matter the customer service was horrible. I truly wonder if these people have even heard of customer service. The sales rep hung up on me THREE times. I did not curse, raise my voice, or insult intelligence. I simply wanted to have an explanation. However since I did not understand the sales rep I guess his way of explaining it was hanging up the phone. I then asked to talk to the owner. However the owner is only to be reached by email or bat signal. I was told that he did not take calls, return calls, or take messages from a secretary. The only way to reach him was email. Very impersonal owner and very rude staff!

We sent this customer a formal contract stating the payment options we have. We give a discounted price for cash payments and we charge a regular price for full payment via credit card. He filled out the order form and agreed to pay the higher price on his credit card. I do not understand why he is upset as he filled out the order form and agreed to this payment. The delay was a direct result of the customer not adhering to our policy on fuel when vehicles are being shipped to Alaska. The prep sheet was included in our contract that was sent to the customer in advance of his placing the order. It clearly states that that the vehicle needs to have a 1/4 of a tank of gas and no more. When the vehicle arrived at the shipping company they informed us that it had to have gas siphoned out of the tank. This is an extra fee that we, the Broker, choose to pay in an effort to provide good customer service. The customer was insistent that it was our fault as we had not informed him of our policy. After going over it 5 times and explaining the customer our position we had to inform him that we couldn't continue to discuss the matter with him anymore. He proceeded to harass us over the issue. We informed him that he could contact our owner by fax or email and he would get in touch with him. He did not appreciate that and began to yell and scream at us. Surprisingly about 10 minutes after began harassing us, he called back in to say that he was sorry and that his wife had made a mistake on the fuel level as she had spoken to another company. We at All America Auto find it odd that this customer choose to write a negative review when his vehicle was picked up within 1 day of placing the order in AZ and arrived in Alaska in 3 weeks.
