poor customer service skills

First of all I would like to say this company is terrible and I would never recommend it to anyone I know and love. I should have read the reviews before I agreed to use this company. I spoke with a man named Jaymes on the 24th of june to make arrangements to have my car picked up on july the 7th from california and delivered to illinois. He told me that it would be picked up between the 7th and the 9th of july I then called him on the 7th to see if everything was coming along as planned he assured me that yes the car would be picked up by the 9th. The 9th came I called again he then said wait till the end of the day someone should be there. The 9th came and went I called then the 10th and was told by the end of the week I dont know if that meant friday or sunday. This same day I was told by someone that my car had not even been assigned to a truck yet. This is now the 11th my car still sits waiting to be picked up, I spoke with jaymes he now says that maybe if I give another $100 that he can get the shipping expedited, which he had never told me in any of the other conversations we had. But he still cannot give me a guarantee that it will be picked up I will be leaving for illinois on the 17th and my car obviously will not be there. Had he told me he could not guarantee the car would be assigned to a truck by the time the week was up I would have gone with a diffrent company. I then emailed the owner on the 10th at approximately 11am 24hours later I still havent heard anything for him and I'm sure he isnt that busy at a business you would think he would check it daily, but I guess not. I would not recommend this company to anyone and in the future if my car needs to be transported I definitely WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! through this whole ordeal noone has called me to tell me anything I guess if I would not have called them I would have been left in the dark wondering when or if my car would be picked up. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE, GIVE YOU THE WRONG FACTS, AND JUST PLAIN DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!! I AM VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This customer was given an accurate quote based on our normal window of 3 days to have it scheduled. She was informed after the 3rd day that we did not have a carrier as of yet. She voiced her concerns about how she needed the car in Illinois by the 17th. We discussed her options and said if she was crunched for time it would in her best interest to increase the amount we could pay to a trucker to enable us to meet her deadline of the 17th. We do not know how the customer can think of us a rude. We are an honest and upfront company who treats customers with all the respect we can provide. I would have to assume that she is upset that we have yet to provide a carrier for her transport. AAAT
