I requested info on shipping my SUV in early December and received what I thought was a fair quote from All Aboard, and was assured the vehicle would be picked up by 30 December. I did not commit until 28 December, but was assured they would still honor the 30 December pickup date. Once they got my credit card info, ALL communication on their part stopped. I contacted them several times, only to have a promised deadline come and go. The final straw was when they promised and assured me the vehicle would be picked up prior to the 30th. I waited until that afternoon to contact them and remind them of their promise, only to hear the recorded message, stating that they were closed (for the long weekend, no less...). I contacted them again on Monday morning, and was told that they'd contact me that afternoon or Tuesday-AM with the driver's info. Well, it's Tuesday afternoon and still no call, so I contacted them once again, only to hear more excuses and more promises. I've wasted too much time on these folks. I've contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge based on the fact that they've not provided the stated service. I'm a reasonable person who is willing to give the system a chance to work, but this company crossed the line; they outright lied to a customer. And not once, but on several occasions. The business world has no place for a business who is willing to treat the customers this poorly. THINK TWICE BEFORE COMMITING TO THIS COMPANY.
