Too fast and hard to work with

Alena enterprise called to schedule a pick up of our vehicle around lunch time one day but called early 6 AM the next morning to pick up. Then, they called on Thanksgiving day informing us that our vehicle would arrive at the origin. The trouble was that we were told to expect our vehicle in 7-10 days, and no one was available for delivery. They agreed to drop the vehicle off without a contact but required that we wire the money. It was hard to set up the wire transfer because it was a holiday weekend and Alena enterprises provided several wrong account numbers. To add insult to injury, the underside of the vehicle was damaged during transport and the transmission was leaking fluid. Alena enterprises refused to cover this damage and surely enough it was not covered by their insurance. The only positives I can say is that the vehicle arrived mostly intact and quite quickly. The vendor while difficult to work with was honest.

First of all we cannot deliever a vehicle without payment. also we are not liable for your bad maintenance of your vehicle. there was no damage to the vehicle or they would have seen the "leak" when we delievered. also if we were at fault the insurance would have sided with them. so if we are innocent of this, why complain here? this is just someone who is mad that they couldn't figure out a way to make us pay for their problems. also about the payment -who provided wrong account info.? we want to be paid so we definately provided the right info-now if someone wrote it incorrectly how can you put blame on us for that. also thank you for stating we delievered it quicker than expected- generally companies and customers appreciate a job well done but i guess for you that is a 1 out of 5 star job. very rude. thank you.
