Refuses to refund double payment

Alena Enterprises stated they would not accept a credit card for payment and would not deliver the car to the owner without payment being made. Campstone Transfer, Inc. deposited the full $700 in cash directly into the carriers bank account prior to delivery and the driver also collected $700 in cash from the owner of the vehicle.

Campstone Transfer, Inc. was initially told that a refund would be made immediately, but no such refund for the double payment on this contract has been issued. Alena Enterprises will not answer the phone, return any calls, or respond to any emails. An invoice has even been forwarded by certified mail and a company representative signed for it.

This company should not be used to transport any vehicles. This companies business practices is very dishonest and they embezzled money from our company.
