After contracting with them on 3/16, the car was collected in Greenwich, CT for "transport" to Denver. It turns out the car was taken to Apple towing yard in Hartford and sat there for over a month. All the time (when we were lucky enough to reach someone at AL&S) we were told the car was "on the road" and would be in Denver "next week." Most of the time their phone is either busy, or the mail box is full. Messages are NEVER returned and if you reach someone, they give you the "our computers are down" story when you try to find out where your $35,000 car is. After 6 weeks, when Natalie admitted to me that the car had never left Hartford, she said Fred the "supervisor" would give the deposit back but I had to pay the storage fee at Apple Towing in Hardford. Can you believe this? Use this company and you will be SORRY!
