I was really nervous about transporting a car since it was my first time. I dealt with Candie over the phone and through email and she was very nice and understanding. My work schedule is really unpredictable and it didn’t leave very many availabilities/time slots for them to work with. They were able to pick up the car the very first day I was available. The guy that picked up the car was a little late but he called me the whole time and kept me informed as to where he was so it wasn’t a problem at all. He was really nice and it wasn’t his fault all the streets around me were under construction. The car was also delivered fast, 2 days earlier that what we were expecting, and with no issues. Great experience overall. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again I’ll use them again.
