I was very satisfied with the service. I received quick responses to all my emails & phone calls. The only thing that was of any inconvenience is the fact that the driver of the carrier could only meet us on big / busy roads so we had to do a bit of running around to find him as he was not able to find an access road to our apartment. Eventually he suggested that he drive our car to us and then we drove him back. That was very helpful.
