Not as good as first car shipping

I shipped my Lumina in January 2010. That was a very pleasant experience. The car was picked and delivered on time. This time with my Honda Accord, the experience is not good. First, I had to call the company almost daily about pickup date after the proposed pickup date. On the eighth day, I was informed that driver was in the area and the car must be ready in 30 min. Second, I was charged $50 more for the pickup. (Without paying extra, I was told the pickup would be further delayed.) I also found that the response of the company is not as prompt as several months ago.

Mr. Yang, we are very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the service the second time around. The summer months are always busier than the winter months. So that was a contributing factor. We always let our customers know that we will contact them as soon as we have a carrier assigned. You opted for our Rock Bottom shipping option because you were more concerned about the price than the time to get your vehicle scheduled. You are correct that you called us frequently which was an indication that you were very anxious to get your vehicle picked up. We called you as soon as we had the first available carrier to us and the price was only $50 more so we wanted to let you know about it. You told us that was perfectly fine and did not express that there were any issues with that. Again, we are sorry for your disappointment. We would love the opportunity to serve you again. We always want to give our very best service to all customers. We wish you the very best.
