I called Agape about moving a car from Lubbock Texas to New Port Richey Florida because of the great reviews I saw online. Boy did I make a mistake! We agreed to ship the car enclosed priority which is supposed to have pick up in 3 days. I kept calling to find out when the vehicle was being scheduled and was told dispatch was working on it. The third day I got a call from Jeremy saying that they were having trouble finding enclosed service from Lubbock but he could send it open with one of his best carriers Austin Hubert. Since this was a 1957 Rolls Royce I was hesitant but seeing how I needed the car and he said they were a great carrier I said yes. The car was going to be picked up on Monday or Tuesday a week after the initial call. I was told someone from Austin Hubert would call me to let me know. The car was finally picked up on Wenesday which worried me because I needed it on Friday in Florida. I was worried about the time situation so I called and was told it was still on schedule to arrive Friday. I was told the driver would call about 6 hours out so I could be ready. Noon came with no call then after me calling both Agape and Austin, Jeremy called and said the driver was in Florida and I should hear from him soon. I waited until late afternoon and called Austin who told me again around seven, but the driver would call. Mind you I wasnt ever given the drivers phone number and if you call Agape after hours as I did you can leave a message but nobody will call you back I am still waiting. I also called Austin Hubert who dont answer after hours either. Finally after 8 pm the driver calls and says he is still an hour and a half out and he was tired and wanted to wait until morning. I told him no way I didnt care if it was midnight I wanted the car I was told would be here. At 11 I met him at a shopping mall to pick up the car. I couldnt belive the equipment they used it was an antique trailer, and my car had the exhaust system bent up terribly. When I mentioned it he said it happened when he put the car on the trailer and that he wanted me to drive the car off for him. I told him no way you put it on you take it off. The car drug badly as he tried to get it off when finally he said I have some boards we can put under the tires and try. Now why would he not have done that when he put the car on is beyond me!!!!!! Finally got the car off about 30 minutes later!!!! The exhaust was bent up so bad it was restricting the flow and it almost overheated bringing it home. I have to get the car on a lift to find out if there is any other damage!!! It was shocking to me at the end when the driver said you know I feel responsible for the damage to your car (no kidding really?!!!!!!) Anyone who knows Rolls Royce knows the exhaust system is stainless and very expensive to fix so this is one expensive car move for me!!! I would never use Agape or Austin Hubert to move any vehicle again beware people this is not a 5 star carrier like they claim!!!!!!! The communication with them is the worst of any car carrier I have ever used period.!

The carriers in our network are outstanding and so we were very shocked to hear this review. This is the first time we have been notified of any of this. We are looking into what happened. There are always two sides to a story. If this story is true we will obviously not keep Austin Hubert Transport apart of our network. I would like to comment that we have excellent customer service and answer our phones and return ALL of our messages.
