When I bought a Ford Mustang in El Paso I intended to go there and trailer it back to San Antonio by myself. After checking the cost of renting a trailer for at least two days, upgrading my truck's hitch and wiring harness to a class III, the 1100 mile round trip with two days on the road, one overnight stay and other misc. expenses I decided to check out "Auto Transports" on Google. I narrowed the list down to three prospective companies with the most positive customer feedback and called to get quotes. Of the three, only Agape Auto Transport had a person, Jeremy, who answered the phone when I called. The other two rang but eventually went to voice mail so I disregarded them. Jeremy provided me with a quote which was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than I would have spent towing the Mustang myself. I called back twice before the contract was in place to verify some specifc information and each time a person, either Jeremy or Jackie answered the phone and fully and professionally answered all of my questions. After I signed up on a Thursday afternoon, I received word the following Monday morning that they had a hauler which would pick the car up in El Paso about noon that day. On Tuesday morning the hauler contacted me to let me know delivery at my home would be at noon. The truck arrived and the driver unloaded the Mustang and parked it in my garage for me. If I had reason to have a vehicle hauled again I would certainly use Agape Auto Transport.
