Pick up was late (4 hours)
On delivery day I called office for time of delivery and was told about 3 p.m.
At 3 p.m. got a call from driver stating he would not arrive until 8-9 p.m.
At 9 p.m. got a call from driver stating he would not arrive until at least 11 p.m. and would prefer delivery the next morning.
I had no choice. This is a gated community. Delivery was next morning at 9 a.m.
Delivery delay cost me an extra day for a rental car.

Donald we appologize for this. The carriers sometimes get caught up in unexpected traffic and are not able to meet the times they expect to meet. Unfortunately these situations as rare as they are come up and are out of our control. Please forgive us and the carrier for not meeting the time. We will ensure as we always try our best that this type of thing doesn't happen in the future. We appreciate your business and hope that you will give us another chance in the near future. Thank you.
