I was really impressed with Agape auto Transport Service. I have never had a car shipped before and was a little hesitant about the reliability and safety of my car. The customer service representatives explained to me the many things I should look for in any auto transport service, without trying to force me to use them. They answered all of my questions and made me feel secure about entrusting such an important asset to their care. Their quote was one of the lowest I could find, and their shipment was insured and bonded. They kept in touch with me throughout the shipment and the truck driver even called me ahead of time to let me know that the car had been picked up and was on it's way. The car only took 2 days to reach me and was even brought by at my earliest convenience. The car was being picked up from my sister's house and the truck driver worked around her busy schedule of work and school, and was prompt about staying in touch. I called with a few questions while the car was in transport, and the reps at Agape Auto transport were really nice and helpful to me, even though I'm sure most people would have been annoyed by the repetitive phone calls and questions. They emailed me with all of the details regarding my car transport and their website contained lots of good information regarding ways to prepare your car and background on their company. The car got here early, and in excellent shape. It still looked clean, especially considering it had just come across 4 states. I really liked the fact that Agape Auto Transport does not ever switch your car from truck to truck as it is brought from one place to another. They have your vehicle remain on the same truck from point A to point B, helping insure that no damage will be done to your car. Thanks a bunch for everything!!
