Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men (Colossians 3:23). If Agape is doing business under the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Agape must to do their utmost to bring honor and glory to His name. In this particular instance, their effort was not honoring to His name. Agape is a Broker and therefore not responsible for the actual delivery. For my transport needs to bring my car from Washington State to Boston, Massachusetts, Agape hired Roll Over Transport who delivered the car to me without incident (and without communication). The phone presence of the three ladies I spoke with at Agape was pleasant, however they completely failed to communicate with me throughout the entire process. I felt like I had to chase them for an answer to everything. I was not notified that a carrier had been selected, I was not notified when my vehicle was to be picked up, I was not notified when the pick up was delayed, I did not receive notice as to progress (though my wife was told that they communicated with the drive daily when we received a call (our first) to see if we were happy). The ladies were pleasant when I reached out to them, but the communication was one way. Given that communication is their business, I must give Agape a poor grade for my experience.

It is very unfortunate that Mr. OBrien feels the way he does. We do respect his feelings and sincerely apologize that his expectations were not met. We do; however, disagree with his view of events. Mr. OBrien completed his order on Dec. 1st. On Dec. 2nd his vehicle was assigned to a carrier. We did contact him via email to let him know of the estimated pickup and delivery dates. The carrier was delayed 2 days picking up. The carrier called the person in Washington to inform him of the delay. Sometimes the drivers run into delays due to weather (especially during winter months), other customers or mechanical issues, which is why all dates are estimated. The drivers do their best to meet the estimated dates but sometimes there are unavoidable delays. The driver called ahead of time to arrange the pickup time and he called again prior to delivery. The vehicle was delivered on time. Mr. OBrien was indeed contacted by us and the carrier. We wish Mr. OBrien and his wife the very best. But he is very wrong in his judgment of Agape Auto Transport.
