The customer service was great. This was my first time using an auto transport service, so I had a lot of questions and concerns and Candie answered them all for me. She made it very comfortable for me to ship my car with this company.

The driver (Nelson)that came to pick up the vehicle was very professional. He checked the vehicle for stratches and marks so that he or the company wouldn't be liable.

The driver (Jon) that dropped off the car came around the estimated time, but did make me and my friend uncomfortable. We met at the local market because it did have a big enough parking lot so he could unload the car. When we got to the parking lot we saw the truck and went up to him. I guess he didn't see us and continued to the back of the shopping center and seemed like he was stuck or didn't know where he was going. We were uncomfortable because he didn't seem to acknowledge us and it was getting dark. When he did get out of the truck, I identified myself and he said he wanted to make sure he could get out of the complex after he unloaded the car. Then he made a comment that my friend didn't really understand and got into the car with us. Which seemed unprofessional and scary at the same time. We took him around so that the he could see if the truck would fit after all and then waited for him to drive the truck to where we were waiting originally. We were waiting there for about 10 minutes and he still didn't come yet, we looked around and saw that he was trying to make a turn to where we were and seem to be stuck. Luckily no other car seem to be injured but that there was a miscalculation in a turn. Once he solved that problem he was able to unload the car under the street light. The only negative side to that was it was still kind of dark and I was not able to see the car in the light to inspect the condition that it came back to me in. But the next day checked and everything seem to be in order.

Even though that was not something that I was expecting to happen I would use this auto transport company again.
