In August 2006, I had a 1994 Chevy Blazer Transported from Lee's Summit Missouri to Santa Clara California. Overall, the service was very good. Customer service worked with me on the details and answered questions about my concerns about the process, having never gone through this before. The company was prompt to get my vehicle ready and to its destination at the right time. The movers who transported the vehicle were friendly toward me, and arrived even earlier than expected, to my pleasant surprise.
I was concerned about the cost and condition of the vehicle. The cost $1025.00 was much more reasonable than I expected, within our budget for such a task. Furthermore, the Blazer arrived in good shape. I did not notice any damages as a result of the move, and would certainly refer to Agape Auto Transport in the future should we have to do transport a vehicle in such a way.
The website for Agape Auto Transport provided important information such as disclaimers, insurance, and payment processes. Such information was helpful for someone in my sitatuation who knew very little about this kind of task, and a bit nervous about it. Overall, the company, and those with whom I contacted made me feel a lot better about the decision I made to go ahead and have my vehicle transported on such a long stretch, halfway across the country.
I made the decision to have it transported in Early August, and the vehicle came within fewer than three weeks from that decision. For such a long haul, and the kind of cargo shipped, I was well pleased. Much thanks to Agape Auto Transport for the kind of quality service they provided.
