Pick up: I set my pick up time for Saturday the 8th of August. A rep. from Agape by the name of Christy called me on Monday and asked me if it is possible for them to pick it up before saturday and I told her that is great. So next day which is Tuesday without any notice in advance I receive a call about 5:10pm from my brother in Texas where my car will be delivered to tell me that the driver is ready to pick up my car. You can see from this how bad is the communication/organization between Agape Transportation and the driver who he supposes to call me not my brother in Texas. And also he called when he was in my area which he supposed to call way in advance at least 6 hours before the pick up time. So I had to rush and leave work abruptly. And here when the things get even worse. The driver wants me to go about 10 miles away from my home. He said that where I live is a congested area. He cannot go to a congested place. And above all this he asked me for directions and did not know where my town is located. Is this a door to door service what Agape Transportation goes by. Is a 10 miles away called door to door service. And after several calls between the driver, me and Agape; finally the driver agrees to get close to about 3.5 miles. All the calls that occurs between me and the driver was the worst calls I ever receive in my life It was really full of bad language.
The Delivery: Smooth except he called me saying that he had to fix a flat tire. Late a couple of hours. Other than that the delivery was fine.
Do not use Agape Transportation. They do not have good communications/organizations between them and drivers. And they have the worst truck companies

We completely understand Mr. Hashem would be confused and a little upset that the driver would call his brother in Texas to pickup the vehicle when he was suppose to call him in Massachusettes. There is a perfectly good explanation, which was offered to Mr. Hashem. Mr. Hashem gave us his brothers number as a backup just in case we couldnt reach him. The driver mistakenly called that number; an honest mistake. This was very upsetting to Mr. Hashem and his brother. Then tempers started to fly and all three men became rude and disrespectful. Our customer service representative was put in the middle and did her very best to calm the situation even though she was being treated very disrespectfully. The service is door to door unless the driver is unable to manuver his truck safely at which time he will make arrangements with the customer to meet at a convenient location. The first location wasnt convenient for the customer so the driver met at the location preferred by the customer. We do tell our customers this verbally and in writing. The vehicle was picked up on the day it was scheduled and delivered on the day estimated to deliver. Unfortunately, the drivers do run into mechanical issues and this cannot be avoided. However, the driver was only a couple hours late and did keep the customer informed. We gave very good customer service to this customer. We treated him and his brother with respect and professionalism even in the midst of being completely mistreated and attacked ourselves. We do wish Mr. Hashem and his brother the very best and have no hard feelings at all and would be happy to assist them in the future.
