This is the first time I have ever used a car transport service/brokerage. Agape did a great job in communications and notifications of pickups and delivery. They are a broker, so they contract a different car transport company to handle the move.

The company we got was AutoStar Transport. To be honest, Auto Star wasn't the best. They picked it up a day later than they initially estimated (we asked for a Tuesday pickup, we were notified of a Thursday pickup and they eventually picked up the car on Friday, with a window of 1-5PM and they showed up at 5PM. They called the day before and on the day of, the driver called at 11PM saying he would be there in 2 hours. 2 hours later, we called him and he said he would be there in an hour. So, we called again at 3PM and he said he would be there soon. He finally showed at 5PM and parked down the street saying he couldn't make it up our street (an 18 wheeler has made it up our street to pack our stuff, so I know he could have done it). The driver wasn't the most fluent communicator and was kind of abrupt when we talked with him on the phone. The only good thing about the company is that even though they picked the car up 1 day late, they delivered it on the same initial estimated date.

One last note for future drivers. When we got our car. We did the exterior inspection and everything looked fine. Once we paid the driver and he drove off, we got in the car and the car had tons of error/warning lights when we started driving it. After talking with a local dealer, this may have been due to the car being towed and changes in elevation to get it on and off the transport. After driving it for a few blocks, the car seemed to reset and everything was fine. It was a bit frustrating and crazy at first, but would have been nice to know beforehand. Not necessarily the fault of Agape or Auto Star Transport. Just an FYI for any other future customers.
