Worst Service Ever!

My car was delivered over 2 days late and was told they was going to deliver it around 6pm or 7pm. They BS all day and when the car finally arrived it was at 11:30pm at night. I checked on the car of what I could that night and did not see all the damaged that was done until the next morning. I reached out to john and the carrier also but they told me that I had already singed for it and it was nothing they could do.

I am a business owner myself so I know how to run one and deal with customers on the daily basis but john and the girl I dealt with didn't give me any customer service and did not even return my call until the next couples of days after I had contact them. I will never use this transportation service agian or will I recommend it to anyone.. I recommended my sister to use affordable transportation the same time I did which she booked the service with you guys and her car was there 2 days before mines and she booked it a couple days after me. I know this I will never use affordable transportation ever agian and will let all my friends and family now to never use affordable transportation cuase of what happened with me.

Hi Tony. We apologize for any inconvenience. If there was damage done to your vehicle we can still process a claim. Please email your bill of lading to Info@AffordableAutoTransportation.com. As you know we are a broker and the carrier who transported your vehicle will be blacklisted by our company. We apologize this particular transport process did not go as smoothly as your sisters. We hope to get this manner resolved as soon as possible.
