Customer service from this company was good, it took a couple of weeks to get a trucker assigned (which in all reality was good considering I worked for months and various other companies trying to get the car (2005 Lexus ES330) shipped...), however the cost did go up $200 from the original quote. I was shipping the car from a less popular but in no means rural part of Indiana to Portland, OR and had quotes ranging from $950 to $1750; I went with one in the middle ($1350) but ended up having to pay $1550. Trucking company they found to use (Igor's Trucking) was great. Other than the cost increast, pretty good overall experience.
