I can't believe I'm still waiting!

I contacted Chris and he found a driver for me. The driver was supposed to pick my car up on Monday (got a confirmation from Chris on Friday). Well, Monday afternoon came and I didn't hear from anyone so I called Chris. He said he would find out and call me back... he called back and told me the driver was sick and would be out a few days. I canceled my order with Chris and used another transport "Broker". I paid an extra $200 to "expedited service" Needless to say I am getting the run around from the driver and he has not picked up my car YET!! I guess looking back I should have stayed with Absolute Auto but I feel my hands are tied. It really sucks to be one of the customers that have had this kind of experience and I wish all future customers luck.
Maybe I will get my car sometime this year :(

Don - We are flattered that in retrospect you realized you should have stayed with Absolute. Please keep in mind that throughout the process we were completely honest with you regarding the scheduled pick-up time and as soon as we discovered the driver's cancellation, we notified you immediately of same. You choose to cancel the order and were refunded immediately as you know. Christopher explained to you that the other company didn't in fact have another driver available only to charge the additional $200.00. That's why we are shocked that you gave us a 1 star in honesty when in fact we were the most informative and honest company you dealt with.
