Opened a contract on Jan. 5, 2013. Was told first p/u date was to be Jan. 9, 2013. P/u never happened. Played phone tag at least 4 additional times thorughout the next month and each time given a new estimated p/u date, all of which never materialized. Paid a $200 check by phone deposit with a residual amt of 448.20 due on delivery to the driver. The broker company waited until 2 days before their allowed grace period deadline and then drafted my account for the remainder of the balance to which they had never delivered the vehicle. As per their contract; stated that no payment would be due if the service was not provided. A TOTAL LIE. They would only accept a check by phone to which you must surrender your bank acct and routing number. Trust me, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You will be cheated out of your money and will NOT get it back. Their M.O. is to offer you a cheap shipping price to which no transporter will touch and you will never get your vehicle delivered or money back. Plus, once you've entered into a contract with them, they have you locked in to which you can't obligate to another company without being held in breech of contract, another 250.00 fee. Also, your bank will not be able to get your money back because you authorized a payment to the scammers for the deposit. Take my advice, when choosing a broker or shipping company, choose only those that will accept a credit card. That way you can have a leg to stand on to get your money back if the deal goes bad. Also, beware of USA Logistics LLC, or attthebesttransport.com as well. These guys change their name like most of us change underwear.
