Promised to pick up car but never arranged

Arranged to have my aunt's car transported from Pa to Fl. Provided 6 plus weks of lead time and was told a 2-3 day window for that pick up. It's now 5 days past the date they were suppose to pick up car and no carrier has been contracted. My aunt is without a vehicle in Fl and cannot drive to get food, medicine, doctor appointments, etc making the situation grave for her and my family. The customer service folks have not responded to my many emails and calls. I've asked to have supervisors contact me and they never do. I would NOT recommend this carrier to anyone as they have not lived up to any promises.
