Able Auto was contracted to transport a new sports car from Annapolis, Maryland to Southern California. Able outsourced CAA Transport of Compton, CA to move the vehicle across country. Vehicle was picked up late at dealership and subsequently damaged (approx. $5,000) during loading by CAA driver who drove car off loading ramps. Dealership sent multiple photos and certified damage estimate to Able Auto representative Carmen Hunziker and CAA owner Enoch. CAA driver deverted sports car during transport to CAA non-certified auto body shop (imagine Ferrus Bueller's parking garage experience in downtown Chicago) that put 400+miles on brand new car without completing necessary repairs. Subsequent requests for any insurance or mediation follow-up from Able Auto's Carmen or CAA's Enoch have been ignored. I am proceeding with legal action against both parties. This site was discovered during research on both organizations. CAA Transporthas several existing civil complaints on record. Please do your homework and pay attention to reviews when contemplating these two organizations.
