Claimed average pickup in 1-5 days (how can you "average" 1 day?!?). We requested a pickup on 12/9. On 12/13 they called and said they believed it was on a truck and if it wasn't call them (huh?). Well, it wasn't. 7 days later, still no pickup - and no date given for WHEN they would pick it up.
