LaShawn or "Shawn", whichever name she uses on any particular day, quoted a price of $1150 to transport a car from Georgia to California. I had agreed to a carrier she found, but who broke down. After losing a couple of days, she advised she had a driver about 150 miles from the pickup location and he would be there in 3 hours. When the vehicle was delivered by VIP Transport, the driver overcharged me $250 for an "expedite" fee. When I called LaShawn, she flatly refused to help. When I told the driver I wouldn't pay the extra amount, he immediately stated that he would take the car to an impound yard where it would remain until I paid the full fee plus the impound fees - his speech seemed to be well rehearsed, and there was no hesitation, whatsoever. I called his employer, Jerry Grzegorzewski, who told me he was on his way home from work, and he refused to talk with me. Bottom line - if you use either ASAP Auto Shipping or VIP Transport, you better hold your breath, and wait for their scam, whether it's an increased fee, or whatever.

After placing the order at the regular rate of pickup the customer choose to upgrade his pickup to the Speedy Guaranteed Rate. Customer was under the impression that he was paying for to get a speedy delivery. Every measure was taken to inform customer. Our quotes line out and specifially state Speedy Pickup Rate $250.00 additionas. Quote also states that delivery times are contingent on drivers route and can range anywhere from 1-14 days.
