Terrible Customer Service- BEWARE

On June 26, I spoke directly with Carlos who quoted me at $400 for pickup and delivery of my vehicle in 7-10 business days. Today is July 17 and my vehicle still has not been picked up from- after I paid a $200 deposit on June 26th.

Additionally, when I was finally able to get a hold of Carlos on July 14, he informed me that he had a driver willing to pick up the vehicle on July 13 but wanted an additional $75 which he initially tried to pass onto me, all without a phone call or email to question or confirm this with me. After flat out refusing the $75 additional charge, and becoming an angry customer, Carlos hung up on me and said he would call me back from his office phone to "record our conversation". When I called back 10 minutes later, he informed me that the company was going to eat the $75 cost because they were so large that $75 meant nothing to them.

He then informed me that the car would be picked up on July 17 in the morning- and here I am, at 2 in the afternoon, on hold for 10 minutes still no farther than I was on June 26th.
