They actually have customer service. I need to move my car because my mother just passed away and I was moving back home to help around the house and to keep my father company. I quit my job and decided to go back home because my family needs me.

I am from the Philippines and we moved here to US 10 years ago and we do not have family here other than my 2 sisters, my mother, my father and my grandmother. With my mom passing we all came together to help the family.

I have never moved a car before and I can not believe how much I was lied to. At first I booked with a company for $500 and for 2 weeks nothing happened. They charged me $250 on my credit card and told me I lost the money if I do not pay$500 more because they say drivers want more money to move the car. I told them I want to cancel and they said good because we keep the money.

I went to another company but these guys said they need $625 and I make deposit for $350. By this time they promise me they move my car in 2 days but 1 week later they ask me for $475.

I told them I need to get home already my dad is not doing well. I am a very nice person and I feel like I was taken advantage of.

This whole time Damian and Alexis was telling me that a lot of brokers will not be open any longer and to be careful but 2 time I did no listen. Now I lost $600 and my car still here.

Damian made it possible to take it personal and got my money back. He showed me how my credit card protect me and because the 2 companies did not move my car no service was given to me so I got my money back in 3 days. I move my car with Damian and I pay $250 deposit and I payd driver $749. I am home with my dad now and it took Damian only 3 days for pick it up and 3 days to bring me here in Detroit.

Damina send me and my family flowers and I could not have been any more much happy.

Thank you Damian and Alexis, they are brothers and I am so great for them helping me when everyone just lied.
