I received a quote in May, on May 22nd I electronically signed a shipping order form for $495. Guaranteeing that my car will be transported from GA to NJ. I received a call two weeks later indicating that they don’t have a driver.
I called back AGAIN June 23rd EXTREMELY concerned on and spoke with John Andrews and he reassured me that they have a driver. July 8th 6 days before pick up I was advised that the cost is now $675. I called back to cancel service and the dispatcher and John told me that there’s a $10 cancellation fee and asked for my credit cards.
The advertisement is misleading, their communication is horrendous, and follow up was horrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
